Project Description
RMS obtained resource consent without notification for this owner operator town centre supermarket, with multiple landowners sharing land and resources presenting consenting challenges that were quickly addressed. The development bordered residential uses requiring careful consideration of operational matters to ensure effects were acceptable. Given the commercial nature of the proposal a relatively quick resource consent process was required, and achieved.
