Project Description
RMS obtained the Outline Plan of Works with full support of Auckland Council within 13 days of formal lodgement. The project involved a comprehensive redevelopment of the site by Jasmax Architects, comprising the second largest secondary education college in the country. RMS work included specifying planning requirements, consultant briefing and input review, completing all statutory requirements, and working with Council to allay concerns or issues.
