Project Description
RMS worked closely with the developers and architects for this mixed use development involving 39 apartments and commercial development adjacent to the new Auckland Parnell rail station. The context of the proposal was a changing urban area with significant opportunity, with challenges associated with rail and related infrastructure identified and addressed.
