Project Description
The redevelopment of this Mixed Use site in Milford presented a number of issues that required a specific design response. RMS worked closely with the client, architect and design team to ensure that the design achieved the maximum floor area possible while addressing site constraints, design requirements, streetscape, and traffic and parking issues. Resource consent for a new healthcare building was achieved on a non-notified basis.
