Project Description
Peak Road Village is a cleverly designed residential village in Kaukapakapa, north of Auckland. The Village has its own wastewater and stormwater systems, with the subdivision and house Lot design packages carefully designed to be both affordable and to create a strong sense of community. The development is complete and is an outstanding success. RMS worked closely within the design team from the get-go as well as allaying the fears of the Auckland Council that the sky would not fall when developing outside the Metropolitan Urban Limit. RMS ensured all resource consent approvals were obtained without notification, and to the full satisfaction of the clients.
