Project Description

New Zealand’s coastal areas are the most legislated areas in the country, requiring a sound understanding of development potential, i.e. what can fly, so that a site’s potential may be maximised and the client’s brief fulfilled with least delay. None more so than a coastal headland on Waiheke Island with its myriad of planning controls and a community expecting all applications to be notified. This development was approved quickly without notification, requiring clear analysis of what was possible, with RMS working closely with the designers.
