Project Description
RMS worked closely with the design team and clients to outline the development parameters, manage inputs, and navigate through the resource consent process for the first stage of this apartment iteration. This included the requirement to address heritage matters and present the proposal to the Council Urban Design Panel. All issues were satisfactorily addressed and consents issued within the required project time frame.
