Project Description
Subdivision and residential development of this large coastal site at Scott Point on the Hobsonville Peninsula required a careful design response to the site characteristics. RMS worked closely with the project design team to develop a scheme for comprehensive residential development of the site reflecting its prime coastal location within the Scott Point Precinct. RMS then led the consenting phase involving land use consent for some intensive housing at the centre and subdivision consent for 75 lots, together with the creation of an esplanade reserve with public walkway, coastal revetment and associated civil works.
